Is the analysis really free?
Yes. Checking your case gives you the three signals that matter most — your current status in plain English, whether an RFE (Request for Evidence) was issued, and whether any action is required from you — free, with no account and no card.
What's the difference between a one-time report and the $7.99 subscription?
A one-time report is the full decoded report for one case, for $2.99, and you can reopen it for 90 days. Best if you want to understand where your case stands right now. If USCIS updates your case later, a new report is $2.99. The $7.99/month subscription gives you unlimited reports for every case you add, and each time you check it shows the silent movement the public tracker hides. You can cancel anytime.
What does Lifetime include?
Lifetime is everything in the Monthly plan — unlimited analyses, unlimited cases, and “time to check” emails when cases in your receipt block move — for one payment of $99, with no recurring charge. If you want unlimited access but prefer not to pay for life, the Annual plan is $79/year (two months free vs. monthly). Lifetime is the best value for a multi-year green-card journey or a family tracking several cases.
Do you store my USCIS login or personal data?
You sign in on my.uscis.gov yourself, so we never see or store your USCIS password. We never store the name, A-Number, address, or documents from your case. Your filing is analyzed in real time. For community timeline benchmarks we keep de-identified milestones (status codes and dates, your form type and service center), with your receipt number reduced to a keyed one-way hash and its 8-character block prefix; you can opt out and delete your contribution at any time. If you buy a report, we save it (it shows your receipt number) behind a private link for 90 days so you can reopen it, and you can delete it sooner. Can I cancel the subscription?
Yes, anytime, from your account. There is no contract and no cancellation fee. Lifetime and the one-time report are one-time payments with nothing to cancel.
